Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be friendly, polite and well dressed with a good appearance.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • Experience and knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
  • Must possess good verbal and communication skills.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • The team member is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bartender or barback experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and serves all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintains adequate levels of products and supplies at assigned outlet
  • Serves all food products in a timely manner.
  • Accounts for all revenue and balances cash drawer at end of shift.
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.
