About The Position

We are looking to add a Pool Bartender to our team. The Pool Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional beverage service in the resort's poolside and beach areas. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains a clean and organized bar, and ensures compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The Pool Bartender plays a key role in delivering a relaxing, upscale atmosphere while enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive service and personalized hospitality. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Hospitality or related industry experience
Previous Hi-Volume Bartending Experience
Standing for 8-10 hour shifts
Working Outside in the heat
Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
Follow proper cash handling procedures
Complete orders for beverages and supplies
Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
Maintain a clean and neat work area
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
Wash bar glasses/dishes
Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
Responds to questions and special requests
Provides information and directions
Other reasonable duties as assigned
