The Bartender provides timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for each guest. This role is responsible for following all steps of service, providing superior service behind the bar by preparing drinks according to recipe standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly appearance in the restaurant service area. The Bartender must also ensure all stock is up to par levels, complete daily inventory, verify guest age, provide prompt and accurate reporting of income, and sell beverages responsibly. Additionally, this role maintains a smooth flow of service, completes side work, reports to work on time, maintains a positive attitude, follows sanitation guidelines, and assists with assigned tasks.
