About The Position

Dolly Parton's Stampede is seeking a Bartender to serve themed cocktails and beverages to guests before and during the show. The role includes preparing bar snack items, operating a point-of-sale system, maintaining the bar, and helping guests with questions about the performance and available activities. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Hours vary with show schedules and always include afternoons and evenings. Bartenders may be cross-trained in the gift shop, greeting, and face painting.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve themed cocktails and beverages to guests as they arrive and during the show.
• Follow Tennessee state and company laws concerning alcohol service.
• Prepare snack items available to order from the bar.
• Operate a point-of-sale system to take orders and process transactions accurately.
• Understand food and drink allergies and available options, and exercise care when serving guests with allergies.
• Set up, stock, and clean the bar area.
• Cross-train as needed for gift shop, greeting, and face-painting duties.
• Welcome guests as needed and inform them about available activities.
• Answer questions related to the performance.
