About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, high-energy, and guest-focused Bartender/Server to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with a lively personality who enjoys connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a fun, welcoming experience every shift. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, professional, and able to multitask while keeping service smooth, accurate, and upbeat. You should be comfortable engaging with guests, making drinks, serving food, and bringing positive energy to the bar and dining area.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
  • Outgoing personality with strong guest interaction skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to bring energy to every shift
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ABC permit/alcohol certification required if applicable by state

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
  • Provide upbeat, attentive service throughout the guest experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle requests quickly
  • Create a fun and positive atmosphere while maintaining professionalism
  • Handle payments, close checks accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and service areas
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and server stations
  • Follow all alcohol service laws, ID-check procedures, and safety/sanitation standards
  • Support team members and assist with opening and closing side work
