Kingpin St Catharines is a centrally located at The Niagara Pen Centre, premium entertainment destination for casual users, social and corporate groups. It includes 24 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, including 8 VIP lanes for private gatherings and special events. Requirements
- Smart Serve certificate is required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- 1-2 years of serving experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Responsible for our customers experiences
- Take food orders at bar and assists with food services as required, utilizing suggestive selling techniques and knowledge of all menus.
- Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Prepare classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & spirits beverages.
- Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition; Maintain bar area and glassware throughout the shift, prepare the opening and closing.
- Maintain and control inventory of bar stock and supplies; Maintains kegs; Stocks shelves in the bar area.
- Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility
- Ensuring all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
