About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Bartender Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service while preparing beverages and supporting meal service in a senior living environment. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and guests each day, create enjoyable dining and social experiences through exceptional service, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment. Use your bartending and customer service skills to make a daily impact as part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and service.

Requirements

  • Bartending or food service experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard drink preparation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and guests

Nice To Haves

  • Bartender certification and SERVSafe certification preferred (where applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and professionally
  • Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, dining, and service areas
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system
  • Support meal preparation, service, and dining room setup as needed
  • Follow food safety, inventory, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction
