About The Position

We are hiring a Bartender to join our dedicated team of wine, spirits, beer and food enthusiasts at Lookout Restaurant at Gray Monk Winery. Bring your professional hard working and fun attitude to work with us as we expand our wine flights and cocktail program. This could be a great opportunity for someone with some restaurant experience looking to start their journey into wine & bartending as we are open to training the right candidate.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience
• Desire to learn and expand their bartending skills
• Creativity and professionalism
• Serving It Right Certification
• Customer service focus and strong team mindset
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Executing cocktail recipes
• Executing wine by the glass and wine flights
• Adhering to inventory control procedures (receiving, stocking); participating in monthly inventory process
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the bar locations at all times
• Running food in our dining areas, and assisting with all phases of service in our dining room and tasting pavilion
• Assisting with setups and takedowns for dining and group functions
• Assisting with all opening and closing duties
• Assisting with offsite events
