About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Poolside Cabana Bartender to work this summer. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending service experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm
• Accurately ring orders
• Make drinks according to recipes
• Serve food and drinks to members and guests
• Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
• Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity, and integrity
• Work in a team environment
