About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the pool bar. The Bartender will ensure a positive guest experience by providing friendly, attentive, and timely service. Responsibilities include taking orders, mixing drinks, maintaining inventory, and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-volume bar or pool environment.
Knowledge of wine and beer.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Interact with guests to take beverage orders and provide recommendations.
