About The Position

Do you enjoy crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Bartender to join our team at Little Creek. As a key member of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience, mixing drinks and cocktails with skill and precision. In addition to your bartending duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high-energy environment. If you're known for your strong customer service, have a great knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, we want to hear from you! This position is reserved for the Cigar Bar. Will perform all the duties of a Bartender I plus: Expertly Guide each guest through cigar selection with caring and knowledge. Provide guests with the information to make informed decisions. Will prepare and serve food. Will act as a cashier in the Skookum Lounge. Will clear and bus tables.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Bartender Training and/or Previous Bartender Experience.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with and/or knowledge of cigar brands, varieties and care
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Current Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
Current Washington State Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests.
Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.
Expertly guide each guest through cigar selection with caring and knowledge.
Provide guests with the information to make informed decisions.
Prepare and serve food.
Act as a cashier in the Skookum Lounge.
Clear and bus tables.
