A key aspect of the role is anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, maintaining positive guest relations, and resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Formal training on liquor liability is required within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter. The role also requires effective communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team to provide excellent guest experiences. Physical requirements include the ability to work in a standard office environment for prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking. Frequent use of fine motor skills for typing and operating office equipment is necessary. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, bend, reach, carry items, and lift 10-25 pounds is also required.
