Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. This role also involves assisting servers with food and beverages, taking guest orders accurately and timely, placing orders with the kitchen, serving beverages and meals, performing quality checks, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. The position requires adherence to company policies, including gaining TIP certification, checking guest identification, and observing guest behavior to prevent intoxication and ensure safe transportation. The ideal candidate will embody teamwork, ownership, and a passion for serving guests with warmth and hospitality.
