About The Position
PILF Restaurant Group is excited to introduce The Imperial Room, an upscale craft cocktail lounge where exceptional cocktails, elevated hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere come together. This is more than a new restaurant. It is a brand-new concept designed to become one of DFW's premier cocktail destinations. We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven professionals to join our Opening Team as Bartenders and Cocktail Servers. If you love creating memorable experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of something from the very beginning, we want to meet you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of craft cocktail bartending experience is required (Bartenders)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, mixology techniques, and cocktail preparation (Bartenders)
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and presentation (Bartenders)
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail (Bartenders)
- Previous serving experience in an upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, or hospitality-driven concept preferred (Cocktail Servers)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills (Cocktail Servers)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset (Cocktail Servers)
- Desire to learn and grow within an exciting new concept (Cocktail Servers)
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm
- Build authentic connections and create memorable experiences
- Learn our food, wine, beer, spirits, and craft cocktail menus inside and out
- Recommend cocktails and menu items with confidence and excitement
- Work together as one team to deliver seamless service
- Maintain a polished, clean, and professional environment
- Help establish the culture and standards of The Imperial Room from opening day
- Craft exceptional cocktails while creating an engaging and elevated guest experience (Bartenders)
- Guide guests through our curated menu while creating an experience that keeps them coming back (Cocktail Servers)
