About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and enthusiastic Bartender/Cocktail Server to craft inspired cocktails and mocktails and deliver top-notch service to our guests. As a key member of our bar team, you will assist in creating innovative cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your passion for mixology, hospitality, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall guest experience at Relish.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server in a high-volume setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, and spirits in accordance with our menu and standards.
Take guest orders and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and equipment.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events and functions
Stay updated on current drink trends and continuously develop your mixology skills.
