Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and health & safety standards
Skills for cash handling and inventory management
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and specialty drinks
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and meals, based on their preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety standards
Manage cash register operations and process transactions accurately
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with state and licensing regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and techniques to enhance service quality
