Barrel Finishing Lead - 2nd Shift

About The Position

Responsible for the cooling lanes through the barrels being loaded on the truck, and the steel department. They must ensure that barrels leaving our cooperage meet the quality standards of our customers. They will take the lead in troubleshooting when quality issues arise with the barrels in final inspection. Must be a good communicator with their team and with other line leads.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Good physical health, capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.
  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring tangible results in improvement of culture scores based on survey feedback.
