About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Prioritize the wellbeing of yourself and your teammates above all else.
• Take pride in "Delivering High-Quality Work" and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) exactly.
• Willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
• Comfortable learning new computer applications and able to obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s License.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods according to exact customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect the appearance of finished products to maintain our "zero-defect" goal.
• Prepare cores for machine operators and maintain a steady flow of packaging materials to keep the line moving.
• Coordinate with different shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and effective site operations.
• Participate in group problem-solving and 5S audits to improve safety and productivity.
