About The Position
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join the barn operations team. The role involves general barn maintenance, animal care, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. New hires complete structured training during daytime hours before being assigned to a permanent shift. The position is full-time on the day shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Work begins at 6:00 AM, and the end time varies based on workload. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Employees receive a performance evaluation after the training period and may be eligible for a pay increase based on performance, reliability, and job competency.
