About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, beverages, and food. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, and delivering products and service to store standards. Baristas work in a fast-paced environment and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling and store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Work collaboratively with the team and build relationships.
