About The Position
Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, energetic team environment. You will work with colleagues to provide customers with a welcoming, hospitable experience and help make their visits enjoyable. The role includes sales, food preparation, customer service, and other facets of store operations, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz offers competitive salaries and paid time off, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, employee bonuses, and other perks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and be able to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
