About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking talented Baristas who share our passion for AMAZING beverage creations and UNFORGETTABLE Service. We are seeking candidates for full and part-time roles in a fast-paced Government Dining setting. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will prepare and present impressive and delicious beverages such as coffee and tea, along with paired food items such as pastries, and sandwiches with expert customer service. Additionally, you will operate beverage machinery including espresso machine, take orders, enter in POS system, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, and manage inventory.
Requirements
- Must possess a Real ID or current U.S. Passport
- Must be eligible for Security Clearance
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation available)
- Experience in a coffee shop or setting with skilled beverage creation
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
- Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
- Hospitality-driven
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment
- Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a barista is desired.
- Hospitality experience is desired

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
- Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages and food items
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store
- Follow food safety and brand standards
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
