The Barista position involves providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. This role requires maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, anticipating customer and store needs, and communicating information to the manager. The Barista is responsible for delivering legendary customer service, following operational policies and procedures for cash handling, safety, and security, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They must consistently provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Regular and punctual attendance is essential. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
