This role involves crafting smoothies, smoothie bowls, hot lattes, and sandwiches for a community that appreciates the products. The position emphasizes genuine guest engagement, menu mastery, efficient order preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, and consistent performance.

Requirements

• Fast and focused, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Willing to work a mix of weekdays and weekends.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Peak-day availability required (Friday through Sunday).
