About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves high quality beverages from the Daily Dose Kafé. The Barista provides excellent and prompt customer service and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Food Handlers Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the food service industry preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail industry preferred by not required.
Responsibilities
- Take, prepare and serve beverages of customer choice
- Clean and sanitize work areas, kitchen and dining room, utensils and equipment
- Check and record temperature of refrigerator(s)
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blends or preparation.
- Order, receive and stock supplies
- Receive and process customer payments
- Create materials for advertising daily dose specials, products or events
- Assisting Kitchen with washing or dishes, stocking grab and go and drink cases.
- Preparation of case items to restock.
- Delivering Patient Cart when needed.
- Assisting Kitchen staff with food service or at the cash register.
