About The Position
As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee can spark connection. Each shift is an opportunity to brighten customers’ days through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required. Baristas prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, handle cash, maintain store safety and security, and follow operating policies and standards. Requirements

- Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, engaging customer service and discover and respond to customer needs through clear, pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
- Handle cash and follow store policies and standards for product quality, safety, and security.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
