About The Position
The Barista takes guest orders, prepares items to guest satisfaction, and provides attentive service. The role includes cashiering, accurately entering orders, taking payments, and providing correct change when appropriate. The Barista follows up on special requests, instructions, and complaints to support guest satisfaction and positive guest relations.
Requirements

- May be required to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and prepare ordered items to guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge guests, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Accurately and efficiently ring in orders, take payments, and provide accurate change when appropriate.
- Communicate with guests and follow through on special requests, instructions, or complaints.
