About The Position

Copper Horse Bistro is a fast-paced, grab-and-go coffee shop located on the main concourse just outside security at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, creating a high-energy hub for travelers, locals, and airport teams. We are looking for a Barista who loves crafting great coffee, connecting with people, and being part of a close-knit, purpose-driven team. The role involves crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, creating warm and welcoming moments for guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include taking drink orders, operating equipment, processing transactions, handling payments, and restocking supplies.

Requirements

Must be able to pass an FBI background check.

Responsibilities

Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency
Create warm, welcoming moments for guests starting (or ending) their journey
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Represent Copper Horse and SharBert with professionalism and pride
Take drink orders and answer questions about the menu.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and electronic transactions with integrity and accuracy.
Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, and lids, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
