About The Position

Aramark is looking for baristas for the National Bank's food service in Montreal. This position contributes to the success of our specialty coffee counter by providing unparalleled customer service. This position creates the Aramark experience for our customers by providing fast service and quality products.

Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, as well as ask for clarification when necessary
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Ability to build relationships
Must complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector background check. Employment with us will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Produce quality beverages, ground coffee, and food consistently for all customers by following established recipes and standards.
Provide unparalleled customer service by always putting the customer first and connecting with them. Identify and respond to customer needs.
Follow Aramark's operational procedures and policies on health and safety at work to ensure the safety of partners during their shift.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products when they need them.
Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
