About The Position
The Barista at ECI Management Group is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience with food preparation is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate coffee-making equipment efficiently
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Perform light food preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
