About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and everyday interactions brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and perform a variety of store tasks. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customization requests.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
