About The Position
At NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Starbucks Baristas provide friendly customer service and beverages and meals in a welcoming environment for patients and their families. Under the direction of a supervisor or designated individual, the Barista produces and serves hot and cold foods, prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, performs sanitation and cleaning, stocks and organizes supplies, handles cashiering, and provides excellent customer service. The position is at the NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia campus in Washington Heights, Upper Manhattan. Shifts rotate and include weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of food service experience.
