Our Front of House Service Team Member should be someone who: Has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. You will be responsible for preparing recipes according to standard procedures, achieving a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less, greeting guests and delivery drivers, taking orders, ensuring order accuracy and packaging, assisting with running food to tables, maintaining dining room cleanliness, keeping café stations clean and well-stocked, and communicating guest needs.
