About The Position
Our Prep Cook Team member should be someone who has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, a great focus on guest service, and lives and shares Life Alive's values and mission. The role involves preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station, ensuring high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, and following food and personal safety regulations. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, reach and grasp overhead, lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs, and stand on their feet for 8+ hours a day.
