In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment. This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in barista or coffee shop experience
- Familiarity in espresso preparation
- Familiarity with equipment cleaning
- Familiarity with handling and delivering consistent service through resident engagement
- Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach

Responsibilities
- Preparing coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment through daily interaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and amenity space
- Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service
- Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community
