About The Position

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. We’re looking for a Bartender who takes pride in creating quality drinks, providing attentive service, and delivering a welcoming and memorable guest experience. In this position, you will lead the bar experience by preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring timely, professional service throughout each shift.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of bartending experience
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach
• Communicate clearly
• Take ownership of your work
• Dependable, collaborative

Nice To Haves

• Solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar
• Helping guests be aware of and choose items from the drink menu
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Other duties as assigned
