About The Position

Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices. Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges. Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc. Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statement for the vault. Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone. Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting tables, being a team player, etc. Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services. Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS. Report and document all unusual occurrences. Attend all mandatory trainings.

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.

• Must be 18 at time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
