About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an on-call Barista for its resort café, Lickety Split. Lickety Split offers quick bites, café lattes, breakfast pastries, gelato, and more. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Food & Beverage and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a coffee shop setting or Food & Beverage
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Flexible availability within AM and PM shifts as well as weekend availability is preferred
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Provide guidance through our variety of beverages, pastries, gelato and lunch menu
- Ensure the back of house is clean and organized, in accordance with sanitation standards
