About The Position
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Barista to join our team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service by mastering coffee knowledge and recipes, educating teammates and customers, and preparing beverages to brand specifications. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fine dining, third-wave coffee shop, or luxury hospitality setting
- Mastery of espresso equipment, brewing methods, milk steaming, and beverage presentation
- Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set beverage menu with consistency and efficiency
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Strong understanding of coffee, tea, alternative milks, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings
- Available mornings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques
- Possess expert-level knowledge of espresso-based drinks and be prepared to fulfill custom guest requests with finesse
- Provide gracious, professional service to guests during lunch and dinner.
- Prepare all barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
- Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols
- Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction
