About The Position

The Barista prepares coffee beverages, cappuccino, tea, and smoothies consistently for corporate dining customers while providing courteous, helpful, and friendly customer service. The role includes organizing and stocking supplies and maintaining the coffee bar and its equipment. Duties may also include ordering and inventory management for the station. Work must follow supervisor instructions and applicable health, safety, and food-handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages, cappuccino, tea, and smoothies consistently for customers.
• Maintain appropriate stock of coffees, syrups, teas, fruits, vegetables, juices, yogurts, and condiments used to make beverages.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and safe in accordance with supervisor instructions and applicable health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
• Clean and maintain station equipment on a scheduled basis, including the coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas, and brushes.
• Organize and stock supplies; duties may also include ordering and inventory management for the station.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.
