About The Position

When customers visit the DLM Coffee Bar, it's a bright spot in their day. For some, it's even a splurge. And that experience starts with their barista. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a contagious passion for great food and coffee to join our DLM Coffee Bar team. In our dynamic Coffee Bars, you’ll have the opportunity to complete barista-level trainings, learn about the history and origin of great coffee, and best of all – meet great people!

Requirements

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 30lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
• 18 years or older is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Prior coffee knowledge is a plus.
