Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and discover and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
