About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. You prepare quality beverages and food, respond to customer needs, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. No previous experience is required; Starbucks provides developmental experiences to support your growth.

Requirements

Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
