About The Position

Serendipity Catering is hiring a reliable, full-time Barista for its Westminster location. The role is suited to someone with a passion for coffee and food who can work as part of a fun, energetic team. The position is 30 or more hours per week and pays $20 to $21 per hour, plus gratuity. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Special-event shifts may take place in the evenings during the regular work week or on weekends, with varying times. Applicants must be at least 21 years old because the role includes bartending duties. Reliable transportation is required; public transportation is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold beverages.
• Order food for the location.
• Greet customers, prepare food, and take orders.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads in a deli-style setting.
• Keep the work area and station clean and stocked.
• Support other areas during downtime.
• Bartend at special events held at the cafes.
