About The Position

Hiring immediately for full time experienced barista with cashier experience. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, delivering exceptional beverage and food experiences to every guest. Your primary goal is to craft high-quality coffee and specialty drinks while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits. This role requires balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the establishment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting team members during busy periods.
