About The Position

City Brew Coffee is seeking a Barista for its Great Falls location. Baristas create positive guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service, preparing quality beverages and food, and building connections with guests. They are expected to deliver City Brew’s Three Things every shift: great customer service, a clean and organized store, and great drinks and products. The role includes working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a welcoming and professional appearance, and supporting the team with other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a positive, customer-first attitude.
Prepare and promptly serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items.
Educate customers about the menu, answer questions, and help them select drinks.
Consistently demonstrate SERVE principles: Smile, Engage, Respect, Visible, and Eager.
Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures.
Communicate openly and support team members where needed.
Wear the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene.
Remain calm and confident during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service.
Deliver great customer service, a clean and organized store, and great drinks and products each shift.
Perform other related duties as needed to support store operations and customer service.
