About The Position

A Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience by preparing quality coffee, beverages, and food while connecting with customers. The role involves working in a fast-paced store, responding to customer needs, and completing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required. Flexible availability is needed, including possible early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
