About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, food, and other beverages while engaging with customers and helping create meaningful moments. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, communicating pleasantly, responding to customer needs, and taking pride in quality service and products. Baristas may prepare standard recipes or customize orders, and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Available to work flexible hours, potentially including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to learn quickly.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
