About The Position
The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items according to recipe standards while providing exceptional customer service. The role requires knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, drink preparation, and related products. The Barista also assists with setup, cleanup, stocking, and handling food items. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and committed to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, and is able to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
