Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
